It is possible to memorise up to 4 washing programs.
Each program can run a sequence of up to 10 washing cycles.
The washing programmer can control up to 4 solenoid valves for the water inlet and up to 3 peristaltic pumps.
The programs can be suspended or stopped during execution.
The Cycles can be suspended, stopped, repeated or skipped during execution.
It is possible to set up to 3 automatic starts of the Pre-M Programme to rinse the system prior to milking.
The Washing Programmer can directly control an Air-Injector and the InterPuls Sanivac device for the cyclic increasing of the vacuum level, during the various washing phases.
It is possible to set 2 different water levels for simple rinse cycles and for the main washing cycles with recycling.
It is possible to set the advanced discharge of water or the automatic start-up of a water-heating device, in case the level of the water temperature drops below the set rating during the recycling phases.
It is possible to programme a drying phase for the pipe leading from the milk filter to the drainage valve at the end of every washing cycle.
