The Top Wash Lite cleaning programmer by InterPuls is a simple, cost-effective device that uses electronics to manage the critical stages in the cleaning and disinfection of milking systems. The system is easy to install and set up, adjusting the settings to suit the milking plant, and helps optimise cycle times and running costs.
Each Top Wash Lite programmer is tested individually, according to the most stringent company standards, in compliance with the requirements of ISO standards.

Features:
The programmer is available in standard version with a detergent/acid container and a hydraulic box with oversized solenoid valves for faster tank filling. Both are in AISI 304 stainless steel. The electronics and the hydraulics have been kept separate, ensuring optimum flexibility during installation and protecting the control panel from any harmful exposure to water spray and vapour. The TOP WASH LITE has an electronic board contained in an innovative box made of high-resistance polymer with IP65 protection class.
Up to 4 cleaning programmes can be used, including 3 with default cycle times for pre-cleaning, cleaning and rinsing, plus 1 programme with the option of customising the cycle times; this guarantees maximum operating flexibility for systems with different layouts and requirements. Programmes can be paused or stopped when they are running.
